We recently had our pool built, and our construction manager, Jake, was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Communication was fantastic from day one—Jake kept us informed of every timeline, delivery, and trade arrival. He handled the entire Monsoon Pools site with the utmost professionalism, kept the workspace clean, and navigated the build quickly and without stress. His attention to detail is evident in the final result. If you are building a pool with Monsoon Pools, ask for Jake!

Monsoon Pools, knocked it out of the ball park again. I can't recommend Steve, Tony + The boys enough, nothing is too much trouble for them, I will never deal with anyone else!
Not only does the pool look amazing, we completed the project earlier than expected, thanks guys!
Big shout out to the office team, what a great crew.

I would like to give more than 5 stars if I could as it just doesn't do it justice I could not be happier with my new concrete pool. From the inital site measure and plans to the final completion the whole process was super easy. Great communication from the moonsoon team and trades, special mention to Jake the construction manager who was really knowledgeable and put my mind at ease through out the entire build. I would highly recommend anyone to use these guys and look forward to using them again on future projects. Thanks to all the team at moonsoon.

Cheers Adam.

We had such a great experience with Monsoon Pools from start to finish. The whole team was fantastic, but Chris, Mark, and Shae really stood out. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right.
Chris kept everything running smoothly with the install, Mark’s attention to detail was spot on with the dig, and Shae was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble with those guys.
It’s not often you come across a team that works so well together. We’re beyond happy with the result and would highly recommend Monsoon Pools to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

From start to finish, our experience with Monsoon Pools was nothing short of exceptional.

Building a pool can feel overwhelming, but the entire process was made seamless thanks to Monsoon and specifically Jake. He walked us through every single step with clarity, patience, and genuine care. No question was too small, and no request ever felt like a hassle. What really stood out was his consistency—he was there every time we needed him, always responsive, always helpful, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Jake and the team made us feel completely confident and supported throughout the entire journey, and that made all the difference.

The end result is incredible—we couldn’t be happier with our pool. It has genuinely transformed our home and how we spend time together as a family.

We honestly couldn’t thank Jake enough, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monsoon Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality build backed by outstanding service.

We recently had a pool installed by Monsoon Pools and couldn't be happier with the experience or the end result. We gave them the go ahead quite late in the year, but they promised they would have us swimming by Christmas - and they exceeded expectations by having everything completed by mid November.

The pool looks absolutely amazing and has completely transformed our space. Tony and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were alwasy accomodating, guided us through every step of the process, clearly communicated timeframes, and promptly answered any questions along the way.

The whole process was smooth, professional and stress free and the quality of the work really shows. We are so happy with the result we would highly recommend Monsoon Pools for to anyone considering installing a pool.
