Stage 1 – Quotation and Working Drawings
Click here to arrange an appointment with us for a free swimming pool quotation. We will sit down with you and discuss your ideas and the intended pool site, look at what you want and what you need, then customise it until it is exactly what you want.
MONSOON POOLS will produce a swimming pool plan that you love! Working drawings and structural engineering design and certification are completed upon contract. Monsoon Pools can also provide assistance with the design of your new swimming pool.
Stage 2 – Document Lodgement
We prepare all of the necessary paperwork for your swimming pool in readiness for Council lodgement and Certification, totally taking all of the work out of this very time consuming job for you. Otherwise, you have to deal with surveyors, engineers, soil tests, site & slope suitability, certifiers – the list is endless and can be very costly if you don’t know who to engage.
Stage 3 – Swimming Pool Construction
We guide you through each construction stage, carefully explaining every detail as we proceed with the process. We pride ourselves on the customer service that we provide, the majority of referral work that we complete is due to our diligence in this respect. Stage 4 – Handover
Upon completion of the construction phase of your pool build, Stephen Wischusen (Director – Monsoon Pools) will guide you through the everyday operation of your new swimming pool. Questions that you may have at such as how to empty the filter, how to clean the pool or how to run the pump, can all be addressed at this stage.
Stage 5 – After Completion
Monsoon Pools will make follow up enquiries after the completion of your pool build, to check how you are going with the operation of your new swimming pool.
